"Nina combines Alexander Technique, Ball Work, and Yoga in her individual teaching. She will find a way to address a physical, emotional, or technical problem through her vast experience and creative thinking. My body and the way I approach my body has changed since I started working with Nina over a year ago thanks to her."
"Nina is an experienced, creative practitioner. She brings a perfect balance of intuitive and structured approaches to each client, and integrates creative solutions from outside influences as well. She has helped me both free up restricted movement and relieve a problem with back pain. I highly recommend her!"
